FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the platform

What is a feedback note?

A feedback note is simply that, feedback you've heard from customers written down from anything such as calls, emails, messages, carrier pigeons, etc.

How many feedback notes do we need?

If not sure, we suggest getting started with our Growth plan. It all depends on how much feedback you actively collect from customers.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not prorate refunds, however.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes! You can easily upgrade your plan whenever needed.

How is PeakWave different from tools like Productboard or Canny?

Productboard and Canny are great for managing feedback once you have it, but they still rely on your team to manually capture, tag, and prioritize everything. PeakWave starts a step earlier. Our AI automatically pulls feedback from your calls, support tickets, and sales conversations, then organizes and quantifies it against real customer revenue. You're not just tracking requests, you're surfacing the opportunities with the highest business impact. Less manual triage, more signal.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are up and running in under 30 minutes. Import your customers manually or via Salesforce, connect your feedback sources like Zoom, and PeakWave's AI starts processing right away. No lengthy onboarding and no professional services required. Just connect, import, and let the insights start flowing.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Keeping your customer data and product feedback confidential is something we take seriously. PeakWave uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and we never use your data to train our models.

Does PeakWave replace my current PM workflow?

No, and that's intentional. PeakWave is designed to fit into your existing workflow, not overhaul it. Think of it as the feedback intelligence layer that sits alongside your roadmapping, sprint planning, and customer success tools. You still make the product decisions; PeakWave just makes sure they're grounded in every piece of customer feedback you've collected, not just the loudest voices in the room.

What integrations does PeakWave support?

PeakWave connects with Salesforce to import your customers and their revenue data, and Zoom to automatically pull in call transcripts as feedback notes. You can also import feedback manually or via spreadsheet, and use our embeddable feedback widget to capture input directly from your product. We're continuing to expand integrations. If there's a tool your team relies on, reach out and let us know.
